Hi all,
I am organizing a meeting next week on Tuesday (Jan 20th) where the research group from Delft that works on space technologies will visit us. We will visit them on a different date to see what they are doing.
I am proposing this as a tentative schedule:
Proposed schedule for Science and Technology group visit at Leiden
Time | What | Where |
9:45 – 10:15 | Walk-in + coffee | Kaiser Lounge |
10:15 – 10:45 | Welcome by Sebastiaan + overview presentation of what we do.
11:00 – 11:45 | METIS integration hall visit | METIS integration hall |
11:45 – 13:15 | Lunch | UFO, The dish |
13:15 – 14:00 | 2x Leiden Presentations + Q/A | TBD |
14:00 – 14:30 | Optical Lab visit
14:30 – 15:15 | 2x Leiden Presentations + Q/A | TBD |
15:15 – 15:45 | Coffee Break
15:45 – 16:30 | 2x Leiden Presentations + Q/A | TBD |
16:30 – 17:15 | Discussion about synergies | TBD |
17:15 – 20:00 | Dinner in Leiden |
Does anyone have any comments or suggestions about the schedule? I was thinking of maybe adding a visit to SRON in, but then we don’t have that much time to discuss the research side.
Met vriendelijke groet / With kind regards,
