This convocation serves as the formal invitation to the second General Members’ Meeting of L.A.D. ‘F. Kaiser’ on Wednesday the 11th of February 2026, from 17.15 in BW.0.08. Attached you can find the agenda, the minutes of the last GMM, the updated 25/26 budget and half year's balance.
Additionally, if you want to propose an agenda point, please send an email to the board (kaiser@strw.leidenuniv.nl) in advance.
During this GMM, we will look back at the first part of this academic year and look ahead at what is to come! We will give an update on our policy plan, budget and committees. Additionally, we will propose and vote on new Members of Merit of our sub-association from the last ten years of Kaiser. Next to this, we will present a translation of the Articles of Association made by members and propose an amendment to the statutes. Last but certainly not least, we will give all of you the opportunity to share your thoughts and give your input regarding L.A.D. 'F. Kaiser'.
The names of the proposed Members of Merit can be found below. The translation of the Articles of Association and the amended statutes can be found below as well. Within the amended version of the bylaws, the parts that have been changed compared to the last version are marked in yellow. Finally, you can find an explanation of the budget and the half year's balance below as well.
If you cannot be present, you may authorize another Kaiser member to vote and/or speak on your behalf. You can do this by sending us an email with your name, their name and the date of the GMM (the 11th of February 2026). The email can be sent to kaiser@strw.leidenuniv.nl. You can also submit a written proxy to the board at the GMM itself, containing the same information.
You can also look forward to hearing some interesting quotes uttered by the board throughout this year.
If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.
We look forward to seeing you at the GMM!
