Dear WP2 members,
Attached you can find the midterm report that we are submitting as WP2. It is mostly our SPIE proceeding with some additions here and there, including some figures from our analyses over the past year and a half.
Regarding the mid term review. We will be receiving the mid term document from WP4. I have seen that document because I have been co-writing it and it is quite long. Axel and me will not be able to review that document all by ourselves. Please help us review the document when it becomes available (tomorrow morning). Only the WP leads will have access to the JIRA system for putting in tickets for comments and requests. So, I will prepare a sharepoint file where everyone can leave their comment and then Axel and me will upload them into JIRA.
I would like folks to sign up to review a certain section in that same document to ensure that not everyone is reviewing the exact same part and to spread the load. I want at least 2 pairs of eyes on each section. So, when I send it around tomorrow sign up to read and review parts!
